Supporting “Men into Childcare”
Our client is supporting a fantastic initiative in our local area to encourage more male practitioners into Early Years. They’ve planned and delivered a range of bespoke sessions around gender equality themed lessons or assemblies linked to men working in the childcare sector.
They’ve had an incredible level of support from NCOP York and North Yorkshire over the last 12 months to design and pilot a male mentoring programme at one college which they hope to be able to open up to other colleges in the near future.
